This property is located on an exclusive area in Plettenberg Bay with uninterupted views over the Historic Beacon Island Hotel, Main beach and Piesang Valley Estaury.

The renovation of the existing home added an enormous value to the property and neighbour properties. The modern building plans included three storeys with six bedrooms. The house has an Eastern orientation and windows were carefully placed allowing privacy to the neighbours and still maintaining the outstanding views.

The steep incline of the property created a difficult construction area, most of the existing walls was used and some removed to assisted with savings on the building cost.
