Mossel Bay is one of the oldest towns in South Africa and very few vacant plot exist in central Mossel Bay. The client wanted an outstanding design, but still be comfortable and practical. The U-shape house allows for views from the two bedrooms, the braai entertainment room, kitchen, dining room and lounge as the sun rise over the ocean.

The low fence is just enough to provide you with enough privacy from the road, to enjoy the swimming pool & entertainment area. The open plan design of the home allows for easy interaction between everyone, whether you are entertaining, cooking or enjoying your favourite movie.

The layout of the house meant there was limited north-facing windows and thus the focus was more on the insulation products, to ensure enjoyable temperatures throughout the whole year.
