This property is located in Hartenbos in the beautiful Garden Route of South Africa and was renovated with the idea of maximizing the existing spaces and re-using existing elements.

The clients wanted natural rustic effects throughout the home and can be found in the main bedroom with the exposed concrete roof which ties in with the vinyl flooring as well as the exposed face brick wall behind the king size bed.

The home consists of 3 bedrooms in total with the main bedroom as well as another bedroom having their own En-Suite bathrooms.

As the property is orientated in a Western direction, the windows were placed carefully to accommodate a cooler atmosphere on hot days.

Indoor-Outdoor living can be seen enjoyed with the new lounge and open patio being connected with fully openable folding sliding doors. The spectacular views can be enjoyed with privacy from the lounge while standing at the built-in indoor braai.

Natural elements such as the face brick, Cemcrete walls and Evalast decking are found at the front façade of the home to keep maintenance at a minimum.
