Du Venage – House 1

House Du Venage offers luxurious living in the Village on Sea Eco Estate with natural concrete and steel elements incorporated in the design. The angled wall returns on the first storey gives a feeling of space and depth in the “box effect”.

The large courtyard is placed on the Northern side for minimal wind and maximum enjoyment and entertainment experience with the firebrick braai and pizza oven with a view over the ocean.

The design is further complimented with its large windows and sliding doors as well as vertical and horizontal cornered skylight which accommodates full, seamless views on the Northern façade.

Successful traffic flow was achieved with the social spaces being on the ground storey and the bedrooms on the first storey. The ground storey further accommodates a guest bedroom with its en-suite bathroom as well as a wine-showroom located at the main entrance. The first storey comprises of the fairly large main bedroom with a walk-in closet and its en-suite bathroom, another bedroom and the Pajama Lounge with a shared balcony overlooking the beautiful South Atlantic Ocean.
